Who sells

Prints are sold by Alba (Alba Lab), trading as Alba Globe, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@alba-globe.com.

Shipping

Every print is made to order, signed by hand and posted within 5 working days, flat in a rigid mailer or rolled in a tube for A2. All parcels are tracked.

• United Kingdom, tracked: £4.95, usually 2 to 4 working days after posting.
• Europe, tracked: £12.00, usually 5 to 10 working days after posting.
• Rest of the world, tracked: £18.00, usually 7 to 15 working days after posting.

Orders outside the United Kingdom may be charged import VAT or duties by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer.

Returns

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your print and return it in its original condition. Write first, then post it back; the refund of the price paid is made within 14 days of the print arriving back. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the print arrived damaged or wrong.

If a print arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and a replacement will be made at no cost.

Price to Prize

You may choose your own value for a print, from the stated minimum upward. The value you choose is the price you pay; it does not change the print.

Privacy

Payments are handled by Stripe. Alba Globe receives your name, email, phone number and delivery address to make and send your order, and keeps them only as long as needed for the order and for tax records. Card details never reach this site.

The site keeps your bag in your browser’s local storage. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
